Panasonic JU-256A316P floppy drive pre-modified to work with any 1581 mainboard including the button to align properly with the original 1581 face plate.
Also included are 4 custom designed and resin printed washers which need to be placed beneath the drive assembly to give the drive some lift so it lines up with the slot in the front bezel. This will require to trim off the back portion of the assembly. See photos for reference.
